The purpose of this competition is to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Managed Business Process Support Services. To be delivered both in-house and off site as required by individual public sector clients. The Services as described are anticipated but not guaranteed. The Competition is divided into seven (7) lots as set out at 1.3 of the RFT, each representing a service category these are:
1: Mail Handling Services.
2: Data Cleaning/Verification/ Problem Resolution.
3: Contact Management Services.
4: Document Management Services.
5: Data Management Services.
6: Accounts Processing.
7: Appointment Scheduling Services.
