Seat Belt Retro Fit Programme. Subject to the necessary and relevant approvals, the Contracting Authority wishes to award a framework agreement for a panel of suitably qualified and competent contractors with the capability of supplying and/or fitting two point (lap) seat belts and any associated fixings to nominated vehicles within it fleet.
