Bord na Mona seeks expression of interests from suitable qualified vendors in Tyre Management. Vendors will be responsible for the following areas, on-going monitoring of tyre conditions, supply and replacement of tyres to meet legal requirements. Prompt response to call-outs to repair tyre damage and punctures.
The fleet details are as follows (approx figures, exact figures and details will be provided in the Invitation to Tender documentation).
Qty 40 - Articulated lorries and trailers.
Qty 60 - RCV's (refuse collection vehicles).
Plus a number of other ridge trucks in various configurations.
Only companies with a proven track record in tyre management of a similar fleet will be considered.
