The object of the contract is to provide the contracting authority with a range of information technology support services for its production and non production environments including (a) desktop operating system and productivity software support (b) Network support (WAN and LAN), ( c) Support of Biztalk environments and integration hubs (d) Courtroom technology support, (e) Lotus Notes (5.0.8 and 7.0.1), UNIX (Sun Solaris) and database (Oracle) administration and support (f) Service desk and service anagement services including asset and licence management services, (g) hardware maintenance and support services, (h) ecurity services (i) project support services (j) disaster recovery services (k) management support in relation to the management of third party suppliers and service providers and (l) provision of additional services and skill sets on a draw down basis.
