21/054 - Archiving Services for Gas Networks Ireland

Short description

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish single-supplier framework agreement for the provision of Archiving Services. The scope of the Contract includes but is not limited to the provision of the following Archiving Services.

The scope of services is expected to include:

a) Collection of Archives

b) Warehousing / Storage of all items including data storage

c) Electronic Storage

d) Cataloguing and barcoding of all items in storage to database in a suitable format

e) Retrieval of all archival materials to GNI sites

f) Destruction of any archival materials requested by GNI

g) Consultation facilities when necessary

h) Supply of materials when necessary

i) Scanning and Rendering

j) Additional Services Required

k) Reporting

l) Online ordering of services

M) Security of premises

Additional information
