Outsourced Business Process Services to Support SEAI Programmes
Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) was established under the
Sustainable Energy Act 2002. Its mission is to play a leading role in transforming
Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and
practices.
The objective of this Request for Tenders is to identify and appoint a suitably
resourced multi-disciplined customer and business process services provider to
efficiently and effectively support the delivery of SEAI programmes. SEAI
reserves, at its sole discretion, the right during the term of the contract to also use
alternative service providers.
Existing programmes that fall within the scope of this competition of the provision
of OBP services include:
1. Building Energy Rating (BER) Scheme
2. Better Energy Homes (BEH) Grants
3. Better Energy Warmer Homes (BEWH)
4. Better Energy Communities (BEC)
5. Monitoring and Reporting (M&R)
6. Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS)
7. Electric Vehicles (EV) Grant Scheme
8. Energy Audit Scheme (EAS)
9. Accelerated Capital Allowance (ACA) Incentive, including the Triple E Register
10. Energy Efficient Appliances and Control Systems (Surveillance)
