A Financial Audit of 3 years: 2016, 2017 and 2018, based on the 2016 TOR for the Embassy and the 2016 TOR for Programmes/Projects funded by the Embassy. These Terms of Reference (ToRs) applies for the audit of the Embassy for the year ending 31.12.2016 and should be used as reference in preparation for the 3 year's Technical and Financial Proposals.
