Single Party Framework for the provision of Service Desk and Deskside Support Services

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish a single supplier Framework agreement for the provision of a suite of SLA-governed IT Service Management Managed Services (to ITIL standard). Including โ€œService Managementโ€ projects across Ervia.
It is the intention to appoint a Single Service Provider to support the delivery of the following services:
1) End to End Service Management Services for ITIL processes.
2) Service Desk.
3) Onsite Deskside Support.
4) Non-Core Hours Support.
5) Backup and Media Management.
6) Monitoring, coordination and handling of events and alerts.
7) Projects and Additional Services.
