Oracle and SQL database services as well as support for Oracle Weblogic and Apache Tomcat services
— The provision of 250 days per annum Business Support services for the hours 8:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. This can be provided with an equal mix of remote and on-site support.
— Out of hours, standby / on call support services are required for all other times.
— Rates to be quoted for additional work that may arise throughout the period of this tender.
