Single Supplier Framework Agreement for Service Desk Resources
The purpose of the Framework is to provide the Bank with a single Tenderer who will make available certain of the following Service Desk roles over the Term:
1. Service Desk Analyst
2. Service Desk Lead
3. End User Support Analyst
4. End User Support Lead
5. Service Desk Project Resource.
