As detailed in the Request for Tender, including but not limited to: (a) any contract award is subject to production of a current tax clearance certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland; (b) all costs incurred by tenderers in preparing submissions/tenders must be borne by them. The contracting authority accepts no liability for these costs, irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is postponed or cancelled; (c) the contracting authority may terminate this competition (or any part thereof), change the basis of and the procedures for the bidding process, at any time, or procure the project by alternative means if it appears that the project can thereby be more advantageously procured. The most economically advantageous or any tender will not automatically be accepted; (d) the contracting authority reserves the right in accordance with Regulation 32(5)(f) of the European Communities (Award of Public Authorities’ Contracts) Regulations 2006, to award new services to the successful tenderer.
