Citizens Information Board

The Citizens Information Board is seeking a service provider who will provide a number of key complementary ICT Services. Within the Specification of Requirements these services have been categorised as follows:
3.1 Managed ICT Helpdesk Services
3.2 Managed ICT Support Services
3.3 Vendor Management
3.4 Onsite Technical Support Provision
The Board does not envisage these components being separated into lots for the purpose of responding to this RFT. The Board wishes, therefore, to engage one single service provider for the delivery of all its ICT Managed Services.
