This tender is divided into 3 lots: — Lot 1: catalogue files; provide an off-site storage facility with the ability to provide file collection, retrieval, tracking, destruction and scanning services; and — Lot 2: to manage an in-house records management service and to establish an archive service, — Lot 3: total solution (lot 1 plus lot 2).
