Provision of fresh food products (beef, lamb, pork, poultry, fish and eggs). The HSE require delivery of fresh food products including beef, lamb, pork, bacon, poultry, and fresh fish and eggs to various HSE catering locations located in Counties of Longford, Westmeath, Laois and Offalyl. Each HSE location will issue a purchase order for the provision of the required products on the required days and times as specified to the requirements of the HSE location ordering the products.
