The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (โ€œCRUโ€) is Irelandโ€™s independent energy and water regulator.
CRU wishes to appoint a single Managed Service Provider (MSP) under this Services Framework Agreement to deliver all ICT Managed Services including ICT Service Desk, Managed Security Operation Centre Services (SOC-As-A-Service Solution), Optional Dedicated Support Resource(s) and Ad-hoc Professional Service Resources to support the CRU with daily ICT operations and various ICT Projects. The Service Provider must provide all technical support and expertise to manage the CRUโ€™s ICT requirements including infrastructure, systems, applications and services across Levelโ€™s 1, 2 and 3. The framework agreement will be for an initial 2 Year Period, with the option to extend by 2 additional 12 Month Periods, up to a maximum of 4 years in total.
