Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Dublin City invites responses to this Request for Tenders (RFT) to establish a multi-party framework agreement from suitably qualified individuals (tenderers) for the provision of the mentoring programme as described in this RFT. Successful tenderers will be offered mentoring assignments on a rotation basis or by direct assignment (where appropriate).
