RFT for Provision of DBA Support Services
Provision of the following DBA support services:
(a) Reactive Support in the event of problems with the ability to log calls as a Priority 1, Priority 2 or Priority 3 depending on the urgency of the problem;
(b) Ability to draw-down contractor consultants, if required, on a daily basis due to issues raised during operational support;
(c) On-site for periods of days/weeks as agreed with the External Service Provider for specific projects or blocks of work where the internal team lacks the capacity and/or capability required.
