IT Helpdesk Managed Services
RTร invites submissions from suitable competent suppliers for the supply of a managed service as follows:
Provide an offsite Service Desk function which will include:
โTicket resolution, where tickets are generated by RTร end users using software to be provided as a result of this Tender.
โWhere the ticket cannot be resolved offsite by the vendor, assign it to the appropriate RTร Resolver Group.
And provide service desk software on site.
