To provide LWETB with a proactive service delivery and management solution that will simplify administration, support, collaboration and learning while reducing operational costs. The service provider responding to this tender (Respondent) will be responsible for the support of the entire LWETB environment and be the primary point of contact for all support issues. There are currently several agreements in place which provide for the support of various systems and hardware within the LWETB environment. The Respondent will liaise with any third parties that are currently in place. Where a system is supported or managed by a third party, the Respondent will be required to work with the third party to resolve the issue and will be responsible for tracking it through to resolution.
