Provision of System Maintenance, Level 2 Helpdesk Support and Software Development for SEAIโs public sector Monitoring and Reporting System
The objective of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers to provide System Maintenance, Level 2 Helpdesk Support and Software Development for SEAI's public sector energy monitoring & reporting system.
The successful Tenderer(s) will initially be required to familiarise themselves with SEAI's current service, system setup, and subsequently advise and assist with continuous changes / improvements during the term of the contract.
