The purpose of the Framework is to seek to provide additional ICT technical capacity and capability to the Irish Health Service at market competitive rates. The framework will establish a list of suppliers suitably qualified to: (a) Augment internal ICT technical resources; and (b) Provide complete packages of work on behalf of the customer.
