IT Service Management Tool Selection for Service Desk (Environmental Protection Agency)
The EPA now requires a service desk tool that will work with the current team structure and reporting requirements while aligned to ITSM methodologies and the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. The outcome will lead to a single system of record to allow the processing of calls/requests to be effective and efficient and help build and define further ICT services across the wider ICT team.
