Changes
Other additional information
ATU has decided to cancel the procurement process for the Work Placement Software System and will not be proceeding with an award of contract. The decision has been taken following organisational changes arising from the restructuring of academic faculties, together with ongoing uncertainty regarding the budget available for the project. These recent developments have materially impacted the scope, requirements and overall affordability of the proposed solution. Consequently, it has been determined that it would not be appropriate to proceed with the procurement process at this time. In accordance with Clause 6.6 of the Request for Tender, the Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award a contract and is under no obligation to conclude this procurement process.
