University of Galway require an easy-to-use interactive, multimedia authoring tool which will be used by academic staff to produce a wide range of educationally useful interactions such as quizzes, interactive diagrams, drag-and-drop, and which can incorporate audio and video components, amongst a range of other capabilities, all of which can be readily accessed, edited, and embedded within our virtual learning environment (currently Canvas, but the tool should be capable of being used/deployed in any such platform), connecting via LTI to the wider functions and content of the VLE. A single operator framework agreement will initially be established for a period of [four] [4] years. The University also reserves the right to extend the framework for a further period of [two] [2] years, subject to a maximum of [three [3] such extensions, and further subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints
