The system must be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The workflow system must be customised and rolled out to one Faculty within 7 months of contract finalisation. System optimisation and roll out to all Faculties is required by August 2022. The solution should be accessible via a web-browser over a standard internet connection from both on and off-campus locations. Approximately 1500 new applications are expected per annum.
