The Framework Agreement is established for the expected installation period (6 months) and 5 years (60 months) initial support and maintenance. The initial contract is for the same duration
The Framework Agreement duration can be extended for periods of 12 months up to a maximum of 24 months
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to include options in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document at the second phase of the tender process.
These options may included but are not restricted to phasing of the project and the inclusion of services that may be provided for after the initial implementation of the system
