Fáilte Ireland requires the provision of an enhanced telephony solution to deliver Unified Communications using Microsoft Teams. This will allow Fáilte Ireland to replace all desk-based landline handsets with a system based on Microsoft Teams allowing staff to make outbound and receive inbound calls.
