The migration of the Department’s Service Manager application to SCSM 2019 and add new SCSM compatible applications.
We require the migration of Microsoft System Centre Service Manager, hereafter referred to as SCSM, to a new SCSM 2019 platform. As SCSM does not provide all the functionality that the Department needs, some new functionality is required to be added.
