The migration of the Departmentโ€™s Service Manager application to SCSM 2019 and add new SCSM compatible applications.
We require the migration of Microsoft System Centre Service Manager, hereafter referred to as SCSM, to a new SCSM 2019 platform. As SCSM does not provide all the functionality that the Department needs, some new functionality is required to be added.
