Ervia

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of a full managed service to support Ervia’s recently deployed Symantec Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solution.
It is the intention to appoint a single service provider to support the delivery of the following services:
The solution covers data leaving Ervia’s systems and networks over web, email, removable media and printing, along with data-at-rest. Services required include:
1) Incident monitoring, triage and reporting;
2) SME Expertise and configuration of new rules;
3) Performance monitoring.
The Symantec DLP solution will have already been implemented and initial DLP rules/business policies configured and fully operational when the Managed Service tenderer is chosen. Business policies may be in “monitor only” mode or “response” mode.
