The estimated value of this contract is ABOVE the threshold and Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the corresponding Irish Regulations, namely the European Communities (Award of Public Authorities' Contracts) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 329 of 2006) does apply.
As a result, RFT 104345 IS subject to Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council .
