The contract requires the provision of 2 and possibly 3 dedicated technicians, with additional ad-hoc support also required.
The technician(s) concerned will be working with the staff of the IT Department in WWETB and any third parties contracted to provide ICT Maintenance and Support to centres in WWETB.
The contract will operate for 2 years with the option to extend for an additional 3 years.
