As detailed in the Project Information Memorandum, including but not limited to:
(a) Any contract award is subject to production of a current tax clearance certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland;
(b) All costs incurred by applicants/tenderers in preparing pre-qualification submissions/tenders must be borne by them. The contracting authority accepts no liability for these costs, irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is postponed or cancelled;
(c) The contracting authority may terminate this competition (or any part thereof), change the basis of and the procedures for the bidding process, at any time, or procure the project by alternative means if it appears that the project can thereby be more advantageously procured. The most economically advantageous or any tender will not automatically be accepted;
(d) The contracting authority reserves the right in accordance with Regulation 32(5)(f) of the European Communities (Award of Public Authoritiesโ Contracts) Regulations 2006, to award new services to the successful tenderer.

Duration of the contract is 72 months from the award of contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract for two further periods, each period being up to 2 years.
