The Heritage Council
The Heritage Council is seeking a contractor to maintain the National Biodiversity Data Centre and to continue the delivery of its biodiversity research, monitoring, development and data management programme, from 1.11.2012 to 31.12.2017. This public procurement competition is exempted from the provisions of Directive 2004/14/EC by virtue of Article 16 (f).
