Market, support and administer online third level educational programmes
There is significant opportunity for University College Dublin (UCD) to deliver a high quality electronically facilitated education experience both nationally and internationally, given its excellent academic and research reputation and capabilities. There is potential for UCD to widen participation in Higher Education through offering of undergraduate and graduate certificates, diplomas and degree qualifications to participants who would otherwise not be able to travel to campus on a regular basis.
UCD is seeking Expressions of Interest from companies who would be interested in a partnership approach to the development of a successful high quality set of online programmes. UCD is particularly interested in considering submissions from companies who have a track record in following areas:
1. Market Research and Promotion of Education Programmes;
2. Design and Development and support of Online Course Content;
3. Development, Implementation and Support of Registration Platform for Online Delivery;
4. Development, Implementation and Support of Online Content Delivery Platform.
Proposals must consider how best the registration and content delivery platform integrates with the current UCD suite of systems in this area. It is particularly important that a partner would have the flexibility to scale-up or down to support and meet our demands at short notice.
