Description of options:
DCENR will require the right to extend the contract beyond an initial term of 10 years, at it discretion, by multiples of 12 months or more, subject to a maximum contract term of 15 years. Any extension will be subject to satisfactory performance by PMLH and continued demonstration for value for money.

In the event that the legal entity to which the contract is awarded is a subsidary company, the contracting authority reserves the right to require a parent company guarantee from the parent company.
