Fáilte Ireland wish to engage with a single supplier to maintain and support existing telephony infrastructure. Fáilte Ireland are embarking on a new enhanced telephony solution to deliver Unified Communications using Microsoft Teams which will allow staff receive and make calls without the need for handsets. While this will replace the necessity for BRA’s and PRA’s we will still require some of our existing analogue lines which supports services that require dedicated lines, such as broadband, alarms and lifts.

2015-09-07Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Telephony Services (Beaumont Hospital)
The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator for the provision of telephony services, incorporating ISDN-related services and, potentially, VoIP SIP trunking services. The successful framework member identified by this competitive process will also assume responsibility for service and network management.
