Provision, Implementation and Support of an Equine ePassport Application and Related Services (Horse Sport Ireland)
The purpose of this competition is to establish a single party Framework Agreement for the development of a secure and scalable Digital Equine Passporting System that may in the future support any of the up to 7 separate equine studbooks to opt in to using a common ePassport solution if they so desire.
