Request for Tenders for the establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Development, Managed Services and Support Services

Department of Housing Local Government and Heritage

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (the โ€œDepartmentโ€) uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support informed decision-making through the use of geospatial data. GIS is widely used across the Department to support business units in evidence-based decision-making, project delivery, data management, and communication through analytical and visualisation tools. Given the scale, complexity, and volume of projects undertaken by the Contracting Authority, it is not feasible to meet all GIS resource requirements internally. As a result, the GIS team must adopt a proactive operational approach, including the use of external frameworks to secure additional GIS support. This framework is intended to provide resource augmentation across a range of specialist GIS roles (Lots), enabling the Contracting Authority to access suitably skilled resources as required to support business objectives in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
