Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Foundation requires a service contract to assist it in the requirement analysis, development, implementation, roll-out and maintenance of newly-developed internal information systems as well as support for existing developed systems. These information systems will be used to underpin and support the operational business processes of the Foundation, and will provide the necessary management information pertinent to these processes. Quantity or scope of the contract II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Provision of systems analysis, programming, support and development services for internal information systems. Work under this contract will typically involve: โ€” assist with the analysis of existing systems (electronic or manual), โ€” assist the Foundation to specify its overall workflow, data flow and information requirements for the envisaged information system (taking into account interfaces with other information systems), โ€” develop the information system according to the agreed requirement specification, โ€” assist the Foundation to deploy the information system on the Foundationโ€™s internal ICT infrastructure (network), โ€” assist the Foundation with technical support and end-user training related to the developed systems, โ€” provide support and maintenance services for the deployed information system: approximately EUR 200 000 (including travel costs) in total over a 4-year period is available i.e. approximately EUR 50 000 annually. Estimated value, excluding VAT: EUR 200 000. Duration of the contract or time-limit for completion: 48 months from the award of the contract. Total turnover should equal at least EUR 150 000 per annum. Turnover for similar services should equal at least EUR 100 000 per annum. At least 1 development project in a public sector organisation and development projects in at least 2 EU Member States are required; c) technical and managerial qualifications of the staff proposed as evidenced by: โ€” curricula vitae of the personnel responsible for providing the services, with particular reference to their professional qualifications and their experience (the use of the CV model forms provided with the standard reply form in the tender information pack is required).
