The National Cancer Screening Service (NCSS) wishes to invite tender submissions from suitably-qualified, equipped and experienced Applicants in a non-exclusive capacity for the provision of call and email handling services for CervicalCheck - The National Cervical Screening Programme. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with enquiries from people living in Ireland, to accurately record names, addresses and placenames in both the Irish and English languages, and to accurately identify and locate addresses within the geography of Ireland. Furthermore, applicants must have the 2 technical and human resource capacity to answer, handle and resolve up to 8 simultaneous calls at peak times; to handle up to 5 000 calls per week at peak periods; to handle up to 4 000 calls per week for 10 to 12 weeks in succession.
