AC-2026-11 Provision of ICT SOC-SIEM and Managed Support Services
The Arts Council
The Arts Council currently uses a third‑party Managed Service Provider (MSP). The existing Managed Services contract is now approaching its natural expiry, having reached the end of its full contractual term. The Arts Council seeks a supplier to provide, implement, and support a SIEM service with a managed SOC, with either 24×7 coverage or an 8:00–18:00 Monday–Friday alternative (to be priced separately). The Contract will replace elements of the current managed services arrangement while placing a primary emphasis on SIEM/SOC. Access to selected Managed ICT services is required on an as‑needed (call‑off) basis, and the successful tenderer must have the capability for its personnel to attend the Arts Council’s main site at Merrion Square, Dublin 2 as required.
