We therefore welcome tenders that address the full scope, as well as tenders that cover selected modules or functionalities, provided that the proposed solution can integrate effectively with other systems or modules and that the vendor demonstrates strong experience and value in the areas they propose. Vendors submitting partial tenders are encouraged to clearly indicate the scope of their offering, how it fits within a modular or phased implementation strategy and any third-party integration capabilities.
