Throughout the year, University of Galway will run a number of Conferences. Facilities to accommodate these conference requirements above 50 persons may be required. (For all requirements under 50 persons, Lot 1 will be used).
The requirements may include room hire, tea/ coffee, meals and/or accommodation, which will be detailed within the request for service, on a case-by-case basis.

Once all of the requirements set out in the criteria have been met, the evaluation team will prepare a Cascade of successful applicants whereby the Panel Member having the cheapest maximum overnight rate for the relevant period will be ranked in first place, the next cheapest Panel Member being ranked in second place, and so on until all lot applicants are positioned.
