Contractor Framework Agreements for Employer Led Design Capital Works School Projects
The Department of Education invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified General Building Contractors and Mechanical and Electrical Contractors who wish to apply for the following four new works framework agreements. (1) Lot 1 – Contractor Framework Agreement for Employer Led Design Capital Works Projects greater than €10m and less than €30m (2) Lot 2 – Contractor Framework Agreement for Employer Led Design Capital Works Projects greater than €30m (3) Lot 3 – Reserved Specialist Mechanical Framework Agreement for Employer Led Design Capital Works Projects greater than €10m (4) Reserved Specialist Electrical Framework Agreement for Employer Led Design Capital Works Projects greater than €10m.
