Haley Sharpe Design, are the appointed designers for the Mary Robinson Centre, and have prepared the scope of AVIT services which details the required media design that will be incorporated in the final fit out of the Centre and service requirements as outlined in the Request for Tender documentation.
Tendering consultants are required to submit a Fixed Price Lump Sum Tender Bid in relation to the provision of Consultancy services for AVIT Media Software. The AVIT Software must be produced in accordance with the specifications in the RFT. The Producer shall provide all professional, technical, and non-personal services necessary for the production of exhibit digital media and interactives, taking them from their current state of development to well-defined, finished productions. The Producer shall be responsible for proposing, developing and testing the ideal innovative, engaging, inclusive, and technical approaches for all media and interactivity within the exhibit based upon the existing AVIT Software briefs, known scope and accessibility requirements, as well as known limitations of cost, space, durability, available content, intent, project editorial guidelines, and infrastructure requirements.
