This is a Request For Tender (RFT) relating to the development, implementation and maintenance of a new IT system to support the Road Transport Operator Licensing (RTOL) unit of Ireland's Department of Transport.
RTOL (based in Loughrea, County Galway) has responsibility for issuing and monitoring road transport operator licences to those operating either road haulage or road passenger operations for hire or reward.
