Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) intends to procure IT Applications Maintenance, Support and Development Services for its enterprise applications. GNI has a broad estate of applications, which are critical to the day-to-day operation of our business. GNI require a service provider to support, maintain and deliver change to our application estate and such services will be aligned IT industry best practice with a strong quality assurance focus.
Please note that the composition of GNI’s application estate will likely be subject to change during the lifetime of the service and the service will evolve to meet these changing business needs in accordance with the specific agreed terms of the service.
GNI will build a strong working relationship with the successful service provider, who will work in collaboration with our in-house IT teams

22/004 - Enterprise Application Management Framework

Duration: 60 months
Description of renewals: Option to extend for further periods up to a maximum of 36 months
Description of options:

Five (5) Applicants will be invited to tender, provided five Applicants submit compliant PQQ Responses that meet the minimum requirements.

If there is more than one Applicant ranked at fifth place, all the fifth placed Applicants will be invited to tender.

If at ITN stage (and prior to submission of the tenders) a successful Applicant withdraws from the competition the Contracting Entity reserves the right to invite the next ranked compliant Applicant from the PQQ stage to submit a tender. The Contracting Entity may extend the submission date of the ITN in order to facilitate this change

The Contracting Entity also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with one member of the group as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors or on any other basis as the Contracting Entity considers appropriate.
