Contracts fulfilled under this framework will facilitate timely provision of expert assessments present insights relevant to the development and implementation of circular economy policy in Ireland. The studies will be delivered through analysis of key datasets and trends; literature review of research, policy and legislation; stakeholder engagements; and assessment of best and emerging practices. The outputs will be used by EPA and other stakeholders to inform policy development and implementation; and also contribute to wider national discussions on Circular Economy.
