Short description

The Crawford Art Gallery is seeking to establish a single-party framework agreement for architect led integrated design team services for the redevelopment of the Gallery and surrounding areas. The design team will comprise the following principle disciplines:

— architectural design including design team lead;

— civil AND structural engineering;

— mechanical AND electrical engineering;

— landscape architect;

— conservation architect;

— project management;

— planning consultant;

— archaeological consultant;

— PSDP services;

— BREEAM Consultant or equivalent;

— LEED Consultant;

— assigned certifier;

— design certifier;

— fire safety consultant;

— DAC Consultancy;

— other ancillary services as required.
